In this Policy:

“cookies” – small text files sent to the browser from our servers and stored on your device, necessary for certain Platform functions; these files help remember information about you, such as your preferred language on the Website;

“consent” – any freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes, by which they agree to the processing of their data by means of a statement or a clear affirmative action;

“user” – any natural person, identified or not, who visits one or more pages of the Platform; this does not include automated processes such as parsers, bots, etc.
